Suspension of Warrants at Stock Exchange

Cecon is in the process of obtaining approval of a prospectus covering the warrants in question as well as the shares issued in connection with the restructuring of the bond loan earlier this year and the shares issued in a private placement in the end of 2009.

The dialogue with the Norwegian Financial Supervisory authority and their review of the prospectus has been ongoing for approximately three weeks and Cecon expects the Prospectus to be finalized within a short period of time.

The exact time is difficult to predict but the Company is highly focused on the process and will provide updated information as soon as it is available.
