Cecon’s focus remains at all times on client relations and minimizing overheads.

Cecon maintains a substantial core group of experienced engineers whereby, during projects, Cecon combines in-house competence with resources from suppliers based on both long term relationships and competencies.

Depending of type of project, scope of work, and client preferences, project teams will be located close to the client wherever that may be.

In addition to the main office in Norway, Cecon is building an organization in the NL office for tenders and project execution.

Organizational growth is ongoing through to end of 2011. Thereafter expansion will be a progressive, through projects, build up to support the SAMPSON and the Cecon Construction vessels from 2012 onwards.

Specialist scopes such as detailed design and structural engineering are typically subcontracted. Cecon have previous experience of managing these activities successfully.
