Senior Management and Key Personnel of the company have all extensive experience in offshore installation projects, having worked for all the major contractors.

Special competence is held on rigid steel pipelaying and deepwater projects worldwide.

Terje P. Tellefsen               Chief Executive Officer
MBA. 25+ years’ offshore experience in executive positions in NPC, Ugland and DSND/Søndenfjeldske. Responsible for fleet of 20+ sophisticated OCVs involved in numerous pipelaying and installation contracts worldwide. Responsible for vessels undertaking record breaking installation of both flexible and rigid steel pipelines in 2,000+ meters water depth in Brazil.

Ivar H. Halvorsen               Chief Financial Officer
MBA. 25+ years from financial and general management of companies within offshore, ship fabrication and construction.

Henk van den IJssel           Commercial Director          
Over 20 years experience in offshore construction, in technical, operational, and commercial positions.
Worked in senior management teams for offshore contractors like Allseas and Stolt Offshore/Acergy in group responsible Commercial/Business Development positions. With a primary focus on rigid pipelay projects, his responsibility has expanded into commercial management in all segments incl SURF, trunklines, and heavy lifting.
