Major step forward in the Davie solution and delivery of the Cecon vessels

Fincantieri was awarded exclusivity, by Canadian Courts on Thursday, with the aim of negotiating an acquisition agreement of the Davie yard assets.

Cecon ASA is satisfied with this development, and are in discussions with Fincantieri regarding the completion and delivery of the three vessels under construction.

A solution is expected within the time frame set forth in the enclosed press release from Davie Yards Inc.
