Issuance of new shares and warrants

In accordance with the decision of the  extraordinary general meeting, the company has issued 49,500,000 new shares and 65,000,000 warrants.

The share capital is increased to NOK 7.425.790 represented by 148,515,800 shares each at a nominal value of NOK 0,05.

The issuance of shares and warrants was published in the Register of Business Entreprises on 21 March.

The new shares are registered on a separate ISIN NO 001 0562309 and thus not tradable on Oslo Børs, pending the issuance of a listing prospectus approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. The warrants will be listed in due course.

The Company will provide updated information with regard to the timing of listing of the shares and warrants.
